Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations are accepted only if communicated to us before the order is dispatched.

Replacement Policy for Bad Fruits

  • If the consignment is damaged during transit (e.g., crushed or rotten fruits), we will offer a replacement, provided:

    • You share clear pictures of the damaged fruits and packaging within 12 hours of delivery.

  1. Bad or Rotten Fruits:

    • The issue is reported within the shelf life of the product (typically 4-6 days for most fruits).
    Note: Developing wrinkles or overripening beyond the shelf life is a natural process, and replacements will not be offered in such cases.
  1. Partial vs. Full Replacement:
  • If the entire consignment is bad, we will replace it.
  • For a handful of bad fruits, we will issue a discount code equivalent to the value of the affected items, redeemable on your next order.

Refunds Policy

In cases where a replacement is not feasible (e.g., due to season-ending, lack of stock, or courier issues), we will issue a refund.
